A working app that helps people get better at how they communicate. I built all of it, from the app people use to the backend and the AI behind it.

The idea
Help people improve how they communicate, based on Transactional Analysis, a model coaches use to describe how people talk to each other.
What I built
- The app people use, including its landing page.
- The backend and the automations that connect everything.
- The AI part that analyses recorded conversations and gives feedback based on Transactional Analysis.
- Tests on real group conversations, such as team conflicts, mediation role-plays and panel discussions.
Result
A fully working app with its own backend, now run by a startup I'm part of.
